Victory Vegas Rear Turn Signals

should be installed by a victory certified

For off road use only and

 mechanic

Install kit including all hardware necessary. Remove  fender strut bolts ( 2 bolts on chrome fender strut). Remove 4 bolts under the chrome fender strut , and gently move fender up.. Disconnect 

(coming in from right side under fender) electrical, tag the wires going to your turn signals. Remove the plastic unit.

Install the LED plate to the LED fender mounting plate (plate with the 2 tabs on it).  The LED mount plate has holes, which align only when plate is in correct position. If one hole is off flip the plate. Next use the 3 white plastic stand offs and the stainless steel 10-32 button heads. See photo for install.

Use the stainless washers and nylock nuts to secure LED mount plate to LED fender mount plate. (use SAE spec for correct torque specifications)  Connect the electrical pig tail plugs

DO NOT COMPLETELY REMOVE THE FENDER – RAISE THE REAR

Locate 2 threaded studs behind the rear taillight. This is where your factory turn signal license assembly used to bolt

Install the new turn signal  assembly by  placing up into the fender and then coming down onto the studs The LED fender mount plate should come down and rest on the rolled lip. The LED should show just below the edge of the fender and they should be flush with the outside of the fender. Adjust the slotted holes if required.

Install the new electrical connection to the factory wire plugs. Cut and Splice LED wires to existing wires with included connectors. Establish which is Positive and negative before splicing wires. Either electrical tape or Heat shrink tubing is recommended after the wires are connected. Route the wire harness back through its original wire routes This may require electrical zip ties if needed.

Optional license mount. It comes complete with white LED license light. Install the white LED license light by peeling off the red plastic cover over the VHB ( very high bond tape). The white LED goes up into the bend on the bracket and the wires rout through the hole in the license mount bracket.

Install your license plate on the bracket. The pic shows the license plate with no frame. Install the bracket and license plate as one part onto the LED Vegas rear turn signal assembly.
