SHIPPING POLICY

WE WILL SHIP MOST ORDERS USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

Priority mail is a 2-3 day shipping time  average. We ship out daily excluding holidays. If we are sold out of an item we may choose to drop ship from the manufacturer in order to get you your Victory Only accessory in the fastest possible time frame.

CHECKING ON YOUR ORDER OR TECHINAL QUESTIONS

We operate online only. We ship worldwide so our business hours vary due to time zone changes. Please contact us via email orders@victoryonly.com or orders@2wheelsgear.com  first as you will receive a faster response. We have multiple people to help with all emails so it is the fastest way to get an answer. If you cant get the answer you need or just want to talk to a liver person, we understand. You may call our office line and leave a message if we don't answer and please be patient we will return the call.

Please contact us on all out of the country orders. The shipping calculator may not be correct on these orders. In some instances we will have to send a separate bill for shipping if our shipping calculator doesn't charge the contact amount of actual charges. On orders over $400.00 we will pay up to the first $15.00. The customer will be responsible for the remaining charges before we can ship the order. Exhaust pipes and oversized will not qualify for free shipping program. For oversized items and exhaust orders we will pay the first $15.00 of the shipping charges.  Please if you have any questions just send an email to orders@victoryonly.com and someone will work out a fair solution. Our main goal is to create a happy customer relationship with our customers.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We link out shipping information to the PayPal account that the order was processed through. You have the ability to log into your Paypal account and click on the link next to your order to view the shipping and tracking information. We do this to make it easy for our customers to keep track of their new Victory Only Accessories. Please email if you have any questions about tracking your order. On some occasions the tracking link may not show up. If it doesn't show up that doesn't mean your order hasn't been shipped. To ensure we have the fastest shipping possible we may choose to take the order direct to the Post office if we cant get a same day pick up.

All out of the country orders have to be taken to the Post Office to complete the Customs Form so these orders will not have tracking information on your PayPal account. Out of the Country orders do have the go through Customs so this can delay shipping times. We are not responsible for charges associated with your Country Customs departments.
